Anyone above supervisor treats you like you are less than them and micromanage.
If you adress a concern you have they will undermine you and disregaurd your concern.
Management is terrible
We are given bad vibes from management and are expected to give out the best happy vibes to guests and cant show we are unhappy in any way.
Have seen people get punished for things beyond there control
Guests come before employees
Advice to Senior Management
Rember we are people to and the vibes you give us go straight back to your guests
