Pros
If you work in the bars, then the money is pretty good compared to a lot of the other bar/restaurant establishments around town. The benefits offered were comprehensive, and the employee contribution rates were very low, especially for people with dependents.

Cons
Because the majority of the jobs are union, the place is basically one big haven for the lazy. Work is done by those who are foolish enough to show up and take pride in their jobs. The company prioritizes hiring and promoting from within, so management is filled with people who have rivalries and resentment with each other, and this leads to an atmosphere that is little better than a high school playground. A whole lot of nonsense goes on for reasons that should be inexcusable, and it's to the company's detriment, but nothing is done about it.

Advice to Senior Management
Honestly? Grow up. Put aside the petty and childish nonsense, and comport yourselves in a manner that is becoming of the company's proclaimed values and brand.
