Pros
The food was typically good

Cons
The pay is awful, hardly enough to make a living on even after a decade in the company. Short staffed, which resulted in doubling and sometimes tripling work areas Mandatory overtime, sometimes 6 full days a week Very paranoid atmosphere, cameras and alarms everywhere (working on the reservation, not the casino) A lot of entitlement expected from upper executives and the tribe themselves. Uneducated and unapproachable management, from the title of Team Lead and moving all the way up. Discriminatory standards set for men, especially age ranging from 20s and 30s.

Advice to Senior Management
Two things 1. Stop making obvious preferences towards workers who happen to be of the same racial background as you. 2. Just because you're afraid to speak your mind to your higher ups and to the tribe, try not to take your frustrations out on the working man/woman. They are people, not slaves.
