Pros
Tips are good at some of the higher end restaurants. Good benefits.

Cons
too much workload. for a company that boasts of no budget, they should have more labor helping in the steakhouse. two to three hours of sidework minimum. Long work days for being in a restaurant. At least 8-10 hour shifts. Moving an entire restaurant that size every Saturday-Sunday is way too much. If I wanted to do that much labor I would have applied for banquets at a hotel.

Advice to Senior Management
Hire people for specifically moving tables and chairs. Also, hire a person for running sidework. When you continuously do 300 covers nightly you should deffinitley have a running sidework postition.
